It is a governed connection. Polarion remains responsible for requirements, Live Documents, work items, tests, baselines, and approvals; cplace remains responsible for portfolio, program, milestone, dependency, and planning context. AroTrace maps selected projects, object types, fields, values, and relationships according to an explicit operating design.
A configured cplace solution uses customer-specific objects and relationships that do not correspond automatically to Polarion projects, documents, or work items. Behavior is therefore confirmed for the versions, permissions, deployment, direction, and use case rather than inferred from the product names.
