It is a governed connection. Polarion remains responsible for requirements, Live Documents, work items, tests, baselines, and approvals; GitLab remains responsible for issues, repositories, merge requests, pipelines, and releases. AroTrace maps selected projects, object types, fields, values, and relationships according to an explicit operating design.
Polarion requirements and verification records do not map automatically to GitLab issues, repository events, or pipeline states. Behavior is therefore confirmed for the versions, permissions, deployment, direction, and use case rather than inferred from the product names.
