It is a governed connection. Polarion remains responsible for requirements, Live Documents, work items, tests, baselines, and approvals; PTC RV&S remains responsible for established requirements, change, configuration, and software lifecycle records. AroTrace maps selected projects, object types, fields, values, and relationships according to an explicit operating design.
Polarion and PTC RV&S use different item models, workflow conventions, identities, histories, and configuration concepts. Behavior is therefore confirmed for the versions, permissions, deployment, direction, and use case rather than inferred from the product names.
